Meet Dylan Bond

Dylan is our Founder and President. He founded Bond Financial Group with a simple mission: to protect and empower our clients. Over his 27 years in the industry, Dylan has been committed to empowering people at or near retirement to organize their finances and create a personalized Empowered Retirement Plan™ that is measurable and manageable so that they can focus on maximizing their retirement years and delivering a legacy for their families and charitable organizations.

When he’s not guiding our clients along their Empowered Retirement Journey™, Dylan is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying snowmobiling, hunting, and golf. He lives in East Longmeadow, MA, with his wife, Sandy, and his children, Grace, James, and Lila.

Wanda Fontanez

Director of Client Services

Wanda has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, having worked for over 10 years at MassMutual in the brokerage department and for three years at Wealth Technology Group as an independent advisor before joining BFG in February 2013. Wanda lives in Springfield, MA, with her two daughters, Celyna and Kasandra, and her granddaughter, Allyse.

When she’s not stunning our clients with exceptional, personalized service, Wanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, swimming, crafting, event coordination, and riding her motorcycle.

Jeremy Stefanik

Paraplanner

Jeremy joined BFG in May 2021 while attending Eastern Connecticut State University, soon after graduating with a B.A. in business administration. Jeremy is on the board of directors of the Shaker Pines Lake Association (S.P.L.A.) and serves on the property committee. He became the association’s treasurer in June 2023.

When he’s not ensuring BFG is thoroughly prepared to meet our clients’ needs, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his friends and family, playing tabletop games, and relishing lake life.

James Bond

Marketing Specialist

James joined BFG in September 2022, shortly after graduating high school. He is currently working toward a degree in business administration at Asnuntuck Community College in Enfield, CT. James also works as a college sports data scout and enjoys traveling around the area to watch college games while doing so.

When he’s not finding ways of reaching new people to empower, James enjoys performing unnecessarily dangerous stunts, spending time in casinos, driving (and generally destroying) very expensive vehicles, drinking shaken beverages, and introducing himself last name first.

Sandy Bond

Event Coordinator

Sandy grew up on the south shore of Long Island, NY and lived there through early adulthood. She went to school for fashion retail merchandising and spent many years working in the industry before moving on to tackle the toughest job of all: full-time mom! She and Dylan met in 1996, married in 2000, and settled in East Longmeadow, MA to start their family.

When she’s not planning extraordinary events for our clients, she enjoys being active in the community, reading, gardening, decorating, and spending time with family.
